NEW STUDENTS

Welcome to Pacific Cascade!  If you are enrolling a student for the first time in the Issaquah School District, please follow these four steps.

STEP ONE:

The following forms must be completed to enroll a student at Pacific Cascade Freshman Campus.  Please read the Instruction Sheet prior to completing any forms.

STEP TWO:

In addition to the completed registration forms, the following items will be necessary to process the student's registration.  Students will not be enrolled without proof of residency and current immunization records.

• A copy of the student's birth certificate or passport - required to verify student's birth date and legal name

• Immunization record -- 9th grade students are required to be current on their Hepatitis B immunization.  Student cannot be enrolled without completed immunization card.

• Proof of residency is required to verify residency within the Issaquah School District.  The following items may be used as proof of residency:

1. Property Tax Statement

2. Cell phone bill

3. Utility bill

4. Purchase papers for home or lease agreement.  If you are renting or leasing your residence in which all utilities are included in rent, you can provide the rental agreement on PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LETTERHEAD ONLY.

STEP THREE:

New students should provide a copy of their most recent report card or withdrawal grades when registering at Pacific Cascade.  This will help us determine an appropriate schedule.  Print and review the scheduling form and electives sheet prior to returning registration packet.
