A Northwest native, I grew up in Redmond, WA and graduated from Lake Washington High School. Go purple kangaroos! I completed my undergraduate degree, teaching certificate, and mathematics endorsement at Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA. I enjoy spending time with friends at coffee shops (drinking an Americano with 2 Splenda and an inch of whole milk), walking the waterfront of downtown Kirkland with my husband, family time, organizing just about anything, watching "Pride and Prejudice", making Lemon Meringue pie, and being a lifetime learner (especially of mathematics)!
I am thrilled to be a part of the PCFC community of learners and anticipate a year bursting full of marvelous "mathematics moments" where YOU (students) build on mathematical skills, preparing you for the remainder of high school and beyond.
