PCFC Honor Society
Primary Tenets
The PCFC Honor Society is an organization dedicated to scholarship and community service.
As an honor society, our primary tenets are Scholarship, Leadership,
Service, Citizenship and Character.
Requirements
Students who wish to belong to the PCFC Honor Society must meet the following requirements,
which will be verified at certain points throughout the year (Quarter/Semester). The
requirements for continued membership in the PCFC Honor Society include:
- Attendance at one of the informational meetings.
- 3.5 (cumulative) grade point average for the first semester of 9th grade.
- 15 hours of community service tallied under these guidelines:
- At least three (3) different community service projects.
- Minimum five (5) hours service for or through PCFC Honor Society.
- Maximum of five (5) hours credit for any other one service program.
- Attendance at a minimum of 10 (ten) regular meetings

No major disciplinary action against the student during 9th grade
(see Handbook pgs. 13-25).
Meeting Dates
All meetings will be held in Rm 1310 unless otherwise noted.
Each meeting will be held once after school on Monday afternoon starting at 2:45 PM
and the following Tuesday morning at 7:00 AM. Attendance at
only one segment of the meeting is required for meeting
attendance credit.

Community Service Opportunities
This section will list various PCFC Honor Society opportunities for Community Service
- Recycling Promotion - We need a coordinator and people to promote and encourage recycling at PCFC.
